• PIFC and FMC: Shaping PIFC methodologies and internal control frameworks for candidate countries.

• National level System Audits: Conducted comprehensive management and control system reviews for national authorities overseeing EU Funds, reviewing tendering, contracting, evaluation, verifications, declaration of expenditure, irregularities management and other processes.

• End-to-End Beneficiary Support: Our partners successfully prepared and implemented a portfolio of complex infrastructure and technical assistance projects across the EU, IPA and Pannonian region.
